We are a non-profit organization that was created when Hurricane Helene hit our mountains. I am Joe Russell known as " Cowboy".  I have a place in Jefferson, NC. Everything I had was destroyed from the hurricane. That didn't matter to me.  I have a place to live.

When I saw all the devastation, I knew I had to help these people in the mountains. We began asking for donations of water, food, clothing and blankets.  I did not forget the livestock either.  The animals had to have food also.

I reached out to my local communities for donations and the response was wonderful.  I have trailers and we started filling these up with supplies and taking to different place in the mountains.  I get request for certain things and make it happen.

My goal is to provide families with campers where they are living in tents. We the people have to take care of each other. This is my mission for Carolina Relief Fund.

I am organizing benefits to make this happen.  I need your support. Donations will help tremendously to reach this goal.
